Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Scope & Relationship to Other Terms
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to subscription fees charged by 2Global, Inc. for access to paid features of the Yoogo platform. All other Services are free. This Policy is incorporated into—and should be read with—the Membership & Use Agreement and the Terms of Use. If there is a conflict, the Membership & Use Agreement controls on billing/refunds.
2. Pricing, Billing Cycle, and Auto-Renewal
- Advance billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the applicable term (e.g., monthly, annual).
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel beforehand.
- Disclosure. Price, term, and renewal details are shown before purchase and in your account’s billing page.
- Renewal reminders. Where required by law (e.g., for certain long free trials or annual terms), we send a pre-renewal reminder within the legally required window to your account email.
3. Trials, Promotions, and Intro Offers
- Free trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Promos/discounts apply only to the stated term; renewals use the then-current standard price unless stated otherwise.
- Non-transferable. Trials, coupons, credits, and promos are not refundable, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable.
4. Cancellation (How to Cancel)
- Self-service: Account → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term by default; you retain paid access until that date. If your jurisdiction requires an immediate termination option, we will offer a button to cancel immediately (ending access at once) in addition to end-of-term cancellation.
- Alternate: email support@yoogo.com from your registered address with “Cancel Subscription” and your name/company. We may verify identity.
- No back-dating. If you cancel after renewal, the fee for that term remains due; access continues until term end (unless you choose immediate termination where offered).
5. Non-Refundable Fees (Core Rule)
All subscription fees are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in this Policy. This includes:
- Partial terms
- Unused time
- Mid-term downgrades
- Promotional pricing
- Taxes/fees collected by law (unless law requires a refund)
6. Statutory Cooling-Off / Withdrawal Rights (Where Applicable)
- EU/UK consumers (14-day right). If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase:
- If service has not begun, we issue a full refund.
- If service has begun with your express request/consent, we may deduct a pro-rated amount for access already provided.
- Business users: cooling-off rights generally do not apply.
- How to exercise: use Account → Billing or email support@yoogo.com, stating you are exercising statutory withdrawal. We may request proof of consumer status and jurisdiction.
7. Plan Changes (Upgrades/Downgrades)
- Upgrades: we may charge the pro-rated difference immediately and either align renewal or start a new term (disclosed before confirmation).
- Downgrades: effective at next renewal; no refunds for the current term.
8. Billing Issues, Duplicate Charges, and Errors
- If we confirm a duplicate/erroneous charge caused by us, we will issue a refund or credit to the original payment method (or account credit if the original method can’t accept it), unless law requires otherwise.
- Timing depends on banks/processors; we are not responsible for external delays.
9. Payment Processors (PayPal/Braintree)
- Payments are handled by third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Braintree); you must comply with their terms.
- Refund rails: any eligible refund is issued through the original method/processor.
- Processor fees: where permitted by law, if processor fees are non-recoverable, the refund may exclude such fees; we will disclose this in the refund confirmation.
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Please contact support@yoogo.com first; most issues are resolved quickly.
- If you file a chargeback, we may suspend your account during investigation and contest with evidence. If resolved in our favor, access may be restored upon payment of outstanding amounts.
11. Taxes, Currency, and FX
- Taxes: prices may exclude VAT/GST/sales tax; we calculate/collect where required. Tax amounts are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
- Currency/FX: your bank/card may apply FX fees/rates; we aren’t responsible for FX loss or bank fees.
12. Failure to Pay; Access Suspension
- If a payment fails, we may attempt rebills and request updated details.
- If unpaid after a reasonable grace period, we may suspend/downgrade access until resolved.
- We may terminate for persistent non-payment per the Membership & Use Agreement.
13. Pricing Changes
We may change subscription pricing with advance notice (email or in-app). Changes take effect on the next renewal; continuing the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. No Refunds for Member-to-Member Transactions
We do not sell your products/services and do not issue refunds for Member-to-Member transactions (e.g., Marketplace deals or gigs). Those are strictly between Buyer and Seller.
15. Enterprise/Custom Agreements
If a signed agreement with 2Global, Inc. states different refund terms, those govern for that customer.

18. Regional Addenda
18.1. California Auto-Renewal Law (“ARL”)
For California users (or where California ARL applies), we will:
- Present clear and conspicuous auto-renew terms immediately adjacent to the purchase CTA;
- Obtain your affirmative consent to auto-renew (e.g., an unchecked checkbox or equivalent) before charging;
- send a post-purchase acknowledgment that includes the auto-renew terms, cancellation method(s), and how to access the terms;
- provide an easy-to-use online cancellation method (e.g., a visible “Cancel” button in Account → Billing) that allows you to cancel immediately without further steps; and
- send pre-renewal reminders for plans and trials covered by ARL within the statutory reminder window.
If any term here conflicts with ARL or its regulations, we will apply the more protective requirement.
18.2. EU/UK Consumers — Withdrawal & Auto-Renew Transparency
For EU/UK consumers, we will:
- Honor the 14-day withdrawal right as described in §6;
- request your express consent to begin service during the withdrawal period and your acknowledgment that you may lose the right after full performance;
- process withdrawals via any clear statement, including the Model Withdrawal Form in Appendix A or via Account → Billing or email; and
- provide clear auto-renew disclosures and easy online cancellation consistent with local consumer law.
Where local law grants you greater protection than this Policy, we will apply the more protective rule.
18.3. Other Regions with Mandatory Consumer Rights
We will comply with any non-waivable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., additional pre-renewal notices, specific cancellation flows, or prescribed refund timelines). If local law grants you greater protection, we apply the more protective rule.
